Spirit-Led Educators. Christ-Centered Mentorship.
At Charismata Christian Academy (CCA), your child will be taught and mentored by educators who are not only academically qualified but also spiritually mature and deeply committed to Christ. Our faculty members are more than teachers — they are teacher-ministers, called and equipped by God to nurture and guide students both academically and spiritually.
We believe the heart of a great education begins with who is delivering it. That’s why CCA upholds a stringent faculty selection process. Our aim is to build a faculty body that models the character of Christ and provides a safe, loving, and enriching environment for every student.
Experienced. Engaged. Invested.
In addition to holding state certifications and academic degrees, our team brings together decades of combined experience in education and ministry. Many of our staff members go beyond the classroom, leading:
-
Weekly student discipleship groups
-
Mission trips and outreach events
-
Spiritual retreats and chapels
-
Clubs, sports teams, and after-school programs
Their dedication reflects our school’s core belief — that education is not just about what you know, but who you are becoming.
Charismata Christian Academy Teachers are all qualified based on the following requirements in accordance with section 1002.421(1)(h), F.S.
-
🗆 Bachelor’s Degree or higher in any subject (copy of diploma or completed transcript)
-
🗆 Three or more years of K-12th grade teaching experience (written proof of contacting the previous employer)
-
🗆 Special skills, knowledge, or expertise that qualifies them to provide instruction in K 12th grade subjects (provide documentation such as certifications, professional development, curriculum training, etc.). Pre-K experience and certifications would not meet this requirement.
Pastoral Support for Every Family
CCA families also benefit from access to our pastoral and ministerial team, who provide spiritual care, mentorship, and encouragement beyond the school day. Our church leadership frequently speaks at chapel services and special events, joins class retreats, and offers counseling to students and their families.
At CCA, we are committed to partnering with you to raise up the next generation of Christlike leaders — academically strong, spiritually grounded, and ready to impact the world.
